Trading RESET Challenge Agreement

Last updated: September 2, 2026

IMPORTANT RISK NOTICE: Trading involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all of the money you trade. The Trading RESET Challenge is an educational program. Trade With A Mission LLC dba Trade Easy With Gigi does not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, brokerage, or trading advice; does not manage participant funds or accounts; and does not guarantee profits, funded-account approval, payouts, or any other result.

This Trading RESET Challenge Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between Trade With A Mission LLC dba Trade Easy With Gigi (“Trade Easy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the person who purchases, accesses, or participates in the Trading RESET Challenge (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”). This Agreement governs your purchase of, access to, and participation in the Trading RESET Challenge, including its website, lessons, videos, audio, downloads, live or recorded sessions, community spaces, templates, examples, strategies, software-related instructions, bonuses, and other materials made available as part of the program (collectively, the “Program”).

By purchasing the Program, checking the acceptance box at checkout, creating an account, accessing Program materials, or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase, access, or participate in the Program.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By accepting this Agreement, you represent that:

  • the information you provide is complete, current, and accurate;
  • you are legally permitted to access the Program where you live;
  • you are not relying on Trade Easy to determine whether trading or the Program is suitable for you; and
  • if you purchase on behalf of a business or other entity, you have authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

The Program is not directed to any person in a jurisdiction where offering or accessing it would be unlawful.

2. Program Description and Scope

The Program is designed to provide general education about trading habits, mindset, risk awareness, processes, tools, automation, and related topics. The specific features, schedule, bonuses, delivery methods, support, and access period included with your purchase are those described on the applicable checkout or sales page at the time of purchase (the “Order Terms”). The Order Terms are incorporated into this Agreement.

We may make reasonable changes to Program scheduling, speakers, platforms, presentation order, delivery methods, or comparable materials when necessary to operate or improve the Program. Unless expressly promised in the Order Terms, purchase does not include one-on-one coaching, personalized trade review, individualized recommendations, lifetime access, ongoing technical support, software development, brokerage services, signals, account management, or guaranteed access to any third-party platform.

If the Order Terms directly conflict with this Agreement regarding price, payment schedule, stated access period, or specifically listed deliverables, the Order Terms control only as to that conflict.

3. Limited License and Program Access

Subject to timely payment and compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Program for your own educational purposes during the access period stated in the Order Terms.

Your purchase is for one participant unless the Order Terms expressly state otherwise. You may not share or sell your account, login credentials, protected links, call-in details, recordings, downloads, community access, bot or EA files, settings, license keys, or Program materials. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Access begins and ends as stated in the Order Terms. Failure to use the Program, attend a session, download a resource, or complete the Challenge does not extend access, cancel a payment obligation, or create a right to a refund.

4. Educational Information Only; No Professional Advice

All Program content is general educational and informational material. Nothing in the Program is, or should be understood as:

  • personalized financial, investment, securities, commodities, futures, forex, cryptocurrency, legal, accounting, or tax advice;
  • a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, hold, or trade any asset, instrument, account, service, broker, prop firm, platform, or strategy;
  • a representation that any trade, strategy, bot, setting, broker, or account type is appropriate for you;
  • investment advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, custodial, account-management, copy-trading, or money-management services; or
  • a substitute for advice from properly licensed professionals who understand your circumstances.

Trade Easy is not your broker, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, fiduciary, money manager, attorney, accountant, or tax adviser. No fiduciary, advisory, partnership, joint-venture, employment, or agency relationship is created by your purchase or participation.

Any discussion of what Gigi, a guest, or another participant personally does is an example or personal experience—not an instruction for you to do the same. Questions answered in a group setting remain general educational information even if your question includes details about your circumstances.

5. Trading Risk Disclosure and Assumption of Risk

Trading is speculative and involves substantial risk. You may lose some or all of the capital deposited, traded, or paid to a broker, exchange, prop firm, platform, or other provider. Leverage, margin, derivatives, forex, futures, options, cryptocurrency, and automated trading can increase both the speed and size of losses. Market conditions may prevent orders from being placed, executed, modified, or closed at an expected price.

You understand and voluntarily accept risks including market volatility, gaps, slippage, spreads, commissions, swaps, fees, liquidity limitations, leverage, margin calls, liquidation, delayed or rejected orders, counterparty risk, regulatory changes, news events, execution differences, and loss of access to accounts or funds.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether to trade, what to trade, when to trade, what capital to use, which provider to use, and the settings, leverage, lot or position size, stop loss, take profit, maximum loss, and other controls applied to your account. You should trade only with money you can afford to lose and should independently evaluate your financial circumstances and risk tolerance.

Participation in the Program does not require you to place live trades. You may use a demo or simulated account when available. You remain responsible for understanding the differences between simulated and live trading.

6. Automated Trading, Bots, EAs, and Technology Risks

The Program may discuss or demonstrate automated or semi-automated trading tools, including bots, expert advisers (“EAs”), indicators, scripts, alerts, templates, integrations, or settings. Automation does not remove trading risk and does not guarantee consistent or profitable performance.

Automated results may be affected by, among other things:

  • incorrect installation, configuration, symbols, time zones, data, permissions, risk settings, or lot sizing;
  • internet, computer, mobile device, virtual private server (“VPS”), hosting, power, API, or connection failures;
  • software defects, coding errors, updates, incompatibilities, latency, cybersecurity incidents, or platform outages;
  • broker or prop-firm pricing, spreads, slippage, execution, leverage, restrictions, rule changes, or account conditions;
  • market volatility, low liquidity, news events, gaps, and conditions not reflected in prior testing; and
  • participant actions, overrides, failure to monitor, failure to update, or use outside demonstrated conditions.

Unless separately stated in a signed written agreement, Trade Easy does not warrant that any tool will be uninterrupted, secure, compatible, error-free, continuously available, or profitable. You are responsible for testing, monitoring, maintaining, and deciding whether to activate or deactivate any tool. You must review and understand all settings before connecting any automation to an account. Trade Easy is not responsible for trades placed, missed, duplicated, delayed, or otherwise affected by automation or technology.

7. Third-Party Providers and Prop-Firm Rules

The Program may mention, demonstrate, link to, or rely on third parties such as brokers, dealers, exchanges, prop firms, trading platforms, charting services, VPS providers, software vendors, payment processors, community platforms, or data providers. Trade Easy does not own or control those providers and is not responsible for their products, statements, availability, security, execution, pricing, fees, account decisions, payouts, denials, insolvency, rule changes, data, or conduct.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with every third party’s current terms, trading rules, prohibited-strategy rules, news restrictions, drawdown calculations, device or IP rules, automation policies, payout requirements, and applicable law. A method demonstrated in the Program may be prohibited or treated differently by a particular broker or prop firm. Trade Easy does not guarantee that you will pass an evaluation, keep a funded account, qualify for a payout, receive withdrawn funds, or avoid disqualification.

References or links to third parties do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee. Any third-party fees, accounts, hardware, software, data, or services are your responsibility unless expressly included in the Order Terms.

8. No Earnings, Performance, or Outcome Guarantee

Trade Easy makes no representation, warranty, promise, or guarantee that you will earn income, make a profit, avoid losses, become consistent, pass a challenge or evaluation, receive a funded account or payout, recover the Program price, or achieve any particular financial or nonfinancial result.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Testimonials, trade recaps, account screenshots, withdrawals, payouts, participant wins, case studies, demonstrations, examples, and statements about results are not promises that you will achieve the same or similar outcome. Results vary based on factors outside Trade Easy’s control, including knowledge, experience, discipline, participation, decisions, capital, risk, market conditions, fees, providers, technology, and timing.

Any hypothetical, simulated, demo, modeled, or backtested performance has inherent limitations. It may be prepared with hindsight, may not reflect live execution or market impact, and does not represent actual trading in all respects. No representation is made that any account will achieve profits or losses similar to an example.

9. Participant Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • exercise independent judgment and take full responsibility for your decisions, accounts, funds, trades, taxes, and legal compliance;
  • conduct your own research and seek licensed professional advice when appropriate;
  • use reasonable security practices and protect your credentials, devices, accounts, and personal information;
  • verify settings and provider rules before using any strategy or automation;
  • avoid presenting Program education as personalized advice to others; and
  • promptly ask for clarification about Program logistics you do not understand.

You must not give Trade Easy access to trade, control, or withdraw from your brokerage, prop-firm, exchange, or bank account unless the parties enter a separate written agreement that expressly authorizes a lawful service. Program support does not include custody or control of participant funds.

10. Prices, Payment Authorization, and Payment Plans

You agree to pay the price, taxes, and fees shown in the Order Terms. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the one-time price or each installment you selected.

A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full purchase price in scheduled installments; it is not a cancel-anytime subscription unless the Order Terms expressly say it is. Stopping participation or losing access because of your breach does not cancel amounts already due, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

You must provide accurate payment information and promptly update it if it changes. If a payment is declined, reversed, or overdue, we may retry the charge, suspend access, withhold bonuses or support, and terminate access if the balance remains unpaid. Suspension does not pause or extend the Program or access period. You remain responsible for lawful costs imposed by your bank or payment provider.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@tradewithamission.com promptly so we can investigate. Knowingly initiating a false, fraudulent, or bad-faith payment dispute is a material breach of this Agreement. Nothing here limits dispute or chargeback rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because the Program provides immediate access to digital educational content and resources, all sales are final and nonrefundable, unless the Order Terms expressly state a different written refund policy or applicable law requires otherwise.

The following do not create a refund right: change of mind; failure to attend, participate, download, implement, or complete the Program; dissatisfaction with trading results; trading losses; third-party account or prop-firm decisions; technology incompatibility; scheduling conflicts; or removal for violating this Agreement.

If a specific written guarantee or refund policy appears in the Order Terms, you must satisfy every stated eligibility, documentation, deadline, and request requirement. Promotional statements do not create a refund right unless the exact promise and conditions appear in the Order Terms. Statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

12. Community Standards and Prohibited Conduct

If the Program includes a community, live chat, call, comment area, or participant forum, you agree to communicate respectfully and lawfully. You may not:

  • harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, stalk, impersonate, or abuse anyone;
  • post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, deceptive, infringing, or malicious material;
  • promote, advertise, recruit for, or sell outside products, communities, coaching, signals, bots, investments, or services without prior written permission;
  • solicit participants, scrape contact information, build a competing list, or send unwanted messages;
  • share another person’s private information, account information, trade details, image, voice, or content without permission;
  • upload malware, disrupt systems, evade access controls, reverse engineer protected technology, or interfere with the Program;
  • misrepresent your results, identity, relationship with Trade Easy, or qualifications; or
  • use the Program or community to provide regulated services, pool money, manage another person’s account, or engage in unlawful activity.

We may moderate or remove content and may warn, mute, suspend, or remove participants when reasonably necessary to protect the Program, its participants, or our rights. We do not undertake to monitor every communication and are not responsible for participant statements or conduct.

13. User Content, Privacy, and Confidentiality

“User Content” means content you voluntarily submit in connection with the Program, including comments, questions, messages, images, videos, voice recordings, testimonials, and screenshots.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Trade Easy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and share it only as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, support, and deliver the Program to you and other authorized participants. This operational license ends when the content is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes, subject to routine backups, recordkeeping, legal obligations, and content incorporated into authorized session replays.

This operational license does not by itself authorize Trade Easy to use your name, image, voice, testimonial, private message, trading result, or account screenshot in paid advertising or public promotional content. Public promotional use requires your separate permission under Section 15.

You represent that you own or have permission to submit your User Content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. Do not post brokerage credentials, government identification, payment data, sensitive financial information, or information you do not want other participants to see. Community and group-session submissions are not confidential. Trade Easy cannot guarantee that another participant will not copy or disclose what you voluntarily share.

Our collection and handling of personal information may also be governed by a separately posted Privacy Policy. If you share another person’s information, you represent that you have lawful permission to do so.

14. Live Sessions and Recordings

Program sessions may be recorded for quality, administration, and participant replay access. When a session will be recorded, we will provide notice through the session invitation, platform notice, host announcement, or another reasonable method.

If you join or participate after receiving that notice, your displayed name, profile image, voice, video, chat messages, screen share, and contributions may appear in the recording and may be made available to authorized Program participants as part of the Program. If you do not want to appear, you should keep your camera and microphone off, avoid posting identifying information in chat, use an appropriate display name where permitted, or choose not to join the recorded portion. You may submit logistical questions to support@tradewithamission.com.

Trade Easy owns the session recording and instructor-created presentation, subject to your continued ownership of your pre-existing materials and User Content. Recording consent for participant replays is not consent to use your identity or results in public advertising.

15. Testimonials and Promotional Media—Separate Permission Required

Trade Easy may invite you to provide a testimonial, success story, interview, screenshot, photograph, audio, or video for promotional use. Unless you separately give clear written or recorded permission identifying the content and permitted use, Trade Easy will not use your private communications, recognizable image or voice, testimonial, or individual trading results in public marketing solely because you participated in the Program.

If you separately grant promotional permission, that permission will be governed by the release or consent presented to you. You may decline without losing ordinary Program access. Trade Easy may use aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you, subject to applicable law.

16. Intellectual Property

The Program and its content—including its name, branding, curriculum, videos, audio, text, graphics, downloads, worksheets, frameworks, settings explanations, templates, presentations, recordings, strategies as expressed in Program materials, site design, and compilations—are owned by or licensed to Trade Easy and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws.

Except for the personal-use license in Section 3, no right, title, or interest is transferred to you. Without prior written permission, you may not copy, record, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, sell, sublicense, teach, disclose, publicly display, publicly perform, scrape, data-mine, or commercially exploit Program content. You may not use Program content to train an artificial-intelligence system, build a competing product, create or sell signals, redistribute settings or files, or remove copyright, trademark, watermark, or proprietary notices.

You may retain personal notes that do not reproduce substantial Program content and use the general knowledge you personally learn, provided you do not disclose protected materials, misrepresent affiliation, or infringe Trade Easy’s rights.

“Trade Easy With Gigi,” “Trading RESET,” associated logos, and related source identifiers are trade names, trademarks, or brand assets of Trade With A Mission LLC dba Trade Easy With Gigi or their respective owners. No license to use them is granted except as necessary to truthfully identify the Program for personal, noncommercial purposes.

17. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content made available through the Program infringes your copyright, email support@tradewithamission.com with:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  3. identification and location of the material claimed to be infringing;
  4. your contact information;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law; and
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We may remove or restrict access to disputed material while reviewing a complaint. This section is intended as a reporting process and does not appoint a statutory DMCA agent or make any representation about safe-harbor eligibility.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if you materially breach this Agreement, fail to make a required payment, share access, misuse Program content, disrupt the Program, endanger others, violate community standards, engage in fraud, or use the Program unlawfully. When appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct a curable breach, but immediate action may be taken for serious, repeated, security-related, or unlawful conduct.

You may stop participating at any time, but doing so does not create a refund or cancel committed installment payments except where required by law. Upon termination, your license and access end immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, risk allocation, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, indemnification, dispute provisions, and miscellaneous terms—will survive.

19. Availability, Changes, and Force Majeure

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend or modify delivery for maintenance, security, platform changes, instructor illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. If a live session cannot occur as scheduled, we may reschedule it, provide a recording or substitute session, or deliver reasonably comparable content.

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, labor disruption, government action, utility or internet outage, cyberattack, platform failure, vendor failure, or similar event. This section does not excuse amounts already owed for content or services already provided and does not limit nonwaivable consumer rights.

20. Disclaimers of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TRADE EASY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, COMPATIBILITY, AND RESULTS.

Trade Easy does not warrant that Program content is complete, current, error-free, suitable for your circumstances, or compatible with every broker, prop firm, account, platform, device, jurisdiction, or tool. Nothing in this Agreement excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.

21. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADE WITH A MISSION LLC DBA TRADE EASY WITH GIGI AND ITS OWNER, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, TEAM MEMBERS, GUESTS, LICENSORS, SUCCESSORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS; TRADING LOSSES; ACCOUNT LOSSES; LOST OR DENIED PAYOUTS; PROP-FIRM DISQUALIFICATION; OR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES MAY OCCUR.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF TRADE EASY AND THE OTHER PROTECTED PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE PROGRAM OR THIS AGREEMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO TRADE EASY FOR THE PROGRAM DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Different jurisdictions provide different rights, so some limitations may not apply to you.

22. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trade With A Mission LLC dba Trade Easy With Gigi and its owner, affiliates, contractors, team members, guests, licensors, successors, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, judgments, and reasonable costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your:

  • unlawful or unauthorized use of the Program;
  • material breach of this Agreement;
  • User Content;
  • infringement or violation of another person’s rights; or
  • management of, representations to, or transactions involving another person’s account, funds, or property.

This section does not require you to indemnify anyone for that party’s own conduct to the extent such indemnification is prohibited by law. We may control the defense of an indemnified claim, and you agree to provide reasonable cooperation. We will not settle a claim in a way that admits your personal wrongdoing or imposes a nonmonetary obligation on you without your consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.

23. Informal Dispute Resolution; Governing Law and Venue

Before filing a legal claim, the complaining party must send written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution. Notices to Trade Easy must be sent to support@tradewithamission.com. The parties will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after receipt of notice. Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief when reasonably necessary to prevent immediate misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized account access, fraud, or irreparable harm.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law or the mandatory law of your place of residence applies. Subject to any nonwaivable right to bring a claim elsewhere, the state and federal courts serving the Florida county in which Trade Easy maintains its principal place of business will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement, and each party consents to that jurisdiction and venue.

Nothing in this Agreement prevents either party from bringing an eligible individual claim in small-claims court. This Agreement does not presently require arbitration or waive class-action rights; any future arbitration or class-action provision must be affirmatively accepted and will not apply retroactively unless lawful and expressly agreed.

24. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement prospectively for legal, operational, security, or Program-related reasons. The revised version will show a new “Last updated” date and will be posted or otherwise made available to you. Material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice and will not retroactively change material payment or dispute terms for a completed purchase without your affirmative agreement, except where a change is required by law.

Continued use after the effective date of a properly noticed, prospective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to a material prospective change, you must stop using portions of the Program governed by that change and contact us about any remaining prepaid, undelivered services.

25. Electronic Communications and Signatures

You consent to receive Program-related notices and communications electronically at the email address you provide or through the Program platform. Electronic acceptance, checkout records, and electronic signatures have the same effect as handwritten signatures to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for maintaining a current email address and checking Program communications.

Marketing messages, if any, remain subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements. Agreement to these Terms is not, by itself, consent to receive marketing text messages.

26. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, the Order Terms, and any policies expressly incorporated by reference form the entire agreement between you and Trade Easy concerning the Program and replace prior or contemporaneous statements about the same subject. A separate signed agreement controls over this Agreement only to the extent it expressly says so.

Severability

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

No Waiver

A failure or delay in enforcing any provision is not a waiver. A waiver must be in writing and applies only to the specific instance stated.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or your Program access without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of the Program or business, or transfer to an affiliate, provided the assignee assumes the applicable obligations.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries

This Agreement benefits only you and Trade Easy, except that the persons protected by Sections 21 and 22 may enforce those sections.

Headings and Interpretation

Headings are for convenience only. “Including” means “including without limitation.” This Agreement will be interpreted fairly according to its plain meaning and not automatically against either party as drafter.

Notices

Notices to Trade Easy must be sent to support@tradewithamission.com. We may send notices to the email address associated with your purchase or account. Notice is effective when sent, except that formal dispute notices are effective upon confirmed delivery or written acknowledgment.
